Whether your set is sentimental, a heavier style no longer available or simply just needs a fresh coat after years of fading, we are happy to provide an estimate. Patio Partner is our furniture division within Powder Coating Specialists that is focused on transforming your patio furniture. Our trained technicians see thousands of pieces of furniture and are familiar with most sets. We are the authorized repair vendor for many of the premium patio furniture manufacturers including Brown Jordan, and Tropitone. Our relationships with the manufacturers allow us to use only original manufacturer parts insuring high quality workmanship. We can refinish wrought iron, cast aluminum, aluminum and carbon steel pieces.
Process
Our carefully followed powder coating process includes the complete disassembly of your furniture, removal of the existing finish via sandblasting, steam cleaning, 2 layers of powder for added protection, re-strapping or re-lacing, installing of new foot glides and any other replacement parts including stainless steel hardware, spring plates for bouncer chairs, etc. We also do repair work including any welding as well as pickup and delivery. Vinyl Straps & Fabric Slings
We replace and install vinyl straps and fabric slings. We have books of samples to view new straps and slings in person or you can view them here. Our team is familiar with traditional lacing of straps as well as more intricate patterns including Brown Jordan Tamiami. We also are happy to just install any slings or straps you may have purchased directly from the manufacturer or from resellers such as The Great Escape. Lastly, we offer a clean only process that involves steam cleaning for your vinyl cushions, mesh slings, umbrellas or covers to remove dirt, debris or any stains.
Storage
In the winter months, we offer winter storage for your furniture. It will be inventoried and placed indoors to help preserve the finish and keep it out of the elements. We are happy to pick up in November before the freeze and drop off in the spring when you are ready to use it.
